Beschreibung

We are seeking a student assistant (HiWi) to support the organization of our interdisciplinary seminar IDP-X during the Winter Term 2026/27.

IDP-X runs for 14 weeks with iterative, user-centered project work and several milestone reviews and workshops throughout the semester.

Your task will be to support the coordination and smooth execution of the course. This includes preparing workshops and milestone sessions, coordinating schedules and rooms, communicating with students and tutors, organizing course materials and submissions, and assisting with the final event.

Voraussetzungen

Relevant skills include:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A reliable, structured, and independent working style
• Good English skills; German is an advantage
• Experience with common tools such as Microsoft Office and Teams
