The TUM Venture Labs are a joint initiative of UnternehmerTUM and TUM. We combine a network of domain-specific incubators acting as a springboard for Entrepreneurship in deep tech and life sciences. Our mission is to help start-ups with strategic advice, infrastructure, and an active network of academic and industry experts to scale from first idea to investor readiness.

As TUM Venture Labs Additive Manufacturing, we are working closely together with the Chair of Materials Engineering of Additive Manufacturing (MAT), whose scientific core activities focus on the analysis of process-structure-property relationships in the additive and advanced manufacturing of high-performance alloys and the use of these findings to develop new materials and processing methods.

Working Student as Operations Support (f/m/d) for the TUM Venture Lab Additive Manufacturing in Garching

Your Mission

• Operations Support: Engage in the day-to-day operations and enhance the functionality
of our internal processes;
• Start-Up Pipeline Management: Manage our start-up pipeline, ensuring a seamless
transition and successful engagement for new ventures.
• Marketing & Events: Participate in the creation, development, and execution of
marketing strategies. Organize and coordinate diverse event formats such as keynotes
and networking events in and around Munich, increasing our visibility and impact.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree student at TUM, preferably Management and Technology, or related degree
• Motivation and openness to get to know the emerging startup ecosystem and to work with an innovative team in Garching
• You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality, you like to take initiatives and you suggest creative ideas and make them happen
• You are well-organized, reliable and you are able to work in a team
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and in German
