Beschreibung

As a HiWi at the Chair of Agrimechatronics you will support research projects with tasks that focus on hardware systems integration for automating agricultural machinery, including simulation, mechanical design (CAD), microcontroller programming, development of embedded control systems and other similar tasks.

The position is initially limited to 6 months. The number of working hours can be from 7 to 20 hours per week, arranged on workdays that fit the student's schedule. The Chair of Agrimechatronics operates mainly in Freising/Weihenstephan (Dürnast). Partially remote work is possible.

Voraussetzungen

Your qualifications

• Good skills in one or several of the following topics: mechatronics, systems engineering, automation, hydraulics, robotics, Matlab, Simulink
• Practical experience with agricultural machinery and farming is beneficial
• Fluent language skills in written and spoken English
