Description

As part of this thesis, you will develop an attractive graphical user
interface for our chair‘s code analysis tool.
Analyzing the strength and weaknesses of a developed software is a
crucial step in engineering. The Chair of Automation and Information
Systems has developed and is using a software analysis tool, which
provides valuable insights during the engineering process, such as
quality metrics and a graphical representation of the code. We
regularly introduce new functionalities that must be visualized to
facilitate intuitive user access.

Therefore, your task will be to develop and implement a new visualization concept, relying on feedback
from industry partners and software developers from our chair as well as findings from the literature.
Along the way you will gain valuable knowledge about visualization concepts, their implementation and
the code analysis process in general.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in programming C#
• Interest in industrial automation and software engineering
• Independent and self-reliant work ethic
